    I'm overwhelmed. You have it all here!

    I'm also a bit clumsy on the tech side of things... I can't seem to find my way to the home page where that compass is located. When I click on the REAL ESTATE WEB SYSTEM I get a link to the LEAD FLOW PROFIT GUIDE instead. But I can't find the link to log into my account.
    Is this because I'm a "basic" subscriber, and not entitled to this resource?

    Ross, I'm so proud to be a part of your group. I didn't think there was anyone left in this world that truly offered something for free and really meant free. Most say free and then sneak in a charge at the end. It's nice to get such wonderful useful gifts one can use.     Fellow investors I need your help. I am working with an investor on a 28 unit apartment bilding. My role in my business isto locate property, analyze with information sent to me by the agent, submit an LOI on the prroperty. Yet, he want to submit the LOI. If he does he can cut me out of the deal. I need a contract for the following. I will put he LOI on the property. 2. I need a contract with him stating the following options. 1. My acquistion fee is 3-5%. Option 2, I will get 20% or better of cash flow, Option 3, I will get 25% of the profit when property is sold. All these fees are negoiatable. I need a contract as the sydnicator in control of tis deal. HELP. I could submit the LOI myself, get a contract, then assign him the contract with all my fees as part of my assignment fee.
